weak air conditioning extra fee

i was disappointed with a couple of things. the air conditioning was very weak (it hardly cooled the room at all). also, i requested slippers for the bathroom, but i was told i had to pay extra for them. it felt a bit nickel-and-diming after paying for the room itself (if you ask me).

The location was central , so I was able to walk to everything I needed.

The air conditioning barely worked , so the room was uncomfortably warm , even after adjusting the thermostat and reporting it to the front desk. No slippers were available unless I paid extra, which seemed ridiculous.
